getting stoked about blogphiladelphia!

i was just watching this commercial and i tell you that it wasn’t just the fact that i got some screen time that i got excited about next week’s blog philadelphia event — no, really.

i’m really excited to see who all turns out and to meet more of the people involved and to share ideas. my mind goes freakin berzerk with creative energy as hear about people really getting out there with these new ideas and approaches and making it happen!

philly rules
i need to score a hand truck to get my gear down there — lugging all that nonsense in my backpack down to national mechanics was brutal

i was listening just now to some of our shows and i think they’re coming out really good — what do you think? well anyway, come check us out down at the radisson folks! maybe we’ll interview you!

P’UNK Avenue with Geoff DiMasi

We are chatting with Geoff DiMasi from P’unk Avenue.

We solve problems for people. We make it easier for people to find information, to see connections, to see the bigger picture, in general… to understand.

For you that could mean many things, but most importantly it means that we can work with you to design an experience.

We had a lot of fun talking to Geoff. He is a great guy and involved in all of the initiatives to better Philadelphia and our community.

Blogphiladelphia with Annie

A chat about blogphiladelphia, the upcoming “unconference” by Greater Philadelphia Tourism Marketing Corporation with our special guest Annie Heckenberger.

Annie’s enthusiasm and fresh perspective on the Philadelphia tech scene are informed by her deep involvement in social networking circles, and her love of Philadephia’s music scene also shines through.

She really is a great asset to the city!

Bart, Alex and I had a great time with Annie as a guest and we very much are looking forward to getting involved with blogphiladelphia! Come down and check us out, we’ll be there with our recording gear.

This episode was a treat to record, as they always are with great guests — check it out!

We are just chatting away

So Alex from WeKnowHtml.com and the main driver behind the Philadelphia co-working initiative IndependentsHall.org has joined the show as full-time anchor.

Really good conversation, I felt bad about cutting it short, but our self-imposed time limit is around 30 minutes.

I think we established that the rapport is there and is natural, and I am really glad that Alex has joined us on this ride.

Our mission is to provide good news and information and to explore the exciting tech landscape in Philly, and to have a good time doing it.

We also got a line on our next exciting guest — who could it be?

Chris Nagele - Wildbit.com

Great conversation with Chris Nagele from Wildbit.

Chris’ team of developers is global in reach, and we get at the nuts and bolts of outsourcing development and delve into the kind of feedback Chris gets.

Very good conversation about managing a globally located workforce, headquartered right in the City of Brotherly Love.
